Nick’s commitment to his work is exemplified by his outstanding performance, deep technical expertise, and exceptional ability to mentor and train his fellow operators. He consistently goes above and beyond, routinely traveling to five sites across the West Texas and Southern New Mexico regions.
When joining APS, Nick demonstrated versatility by excelling in work as a welder, mechanic, and millwright before transitioning into his current operations role. His rapid career growth reflects his exceptional work ethic. Nick consistently demonstrates dedication, tenacity, and discipline to support both APS and our customers.
In 2024, Nick was APS’ “go-to” operator for projects in West Texas. He served as a mentor to other operators, guiding them in understanding the unique complexities of operating aeroderivative gas turbine units in the challenging environment of West Texas. Outside of his daily work, Nick provided invaluable support to the APS home office team, including numerous successful candidate referrals and detailed technical information that enhanced the candidate qualification process for this customer.
Nick’s commitment and leadership have directly contributed to a strengthened relationship between APS and this customer. He consistently exceeds expectations, regularly going above and beyond without complaint. His drive, determination, and professionalism exemplify the high standards we strive for at APS.
