Responsibilities & Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities

Project Planning & Management

- Develop project plans: Create detailed schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Manage project scope and budget: Ensure that the project stays within the defined scope and budget.
- Monitor progress: Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Team Leadership & Coordination

- Coordinate project teams: Lead and manage teams of engineers, contractors, and other specialists involved in the project.
- Resolve issues and conflicts: Identify and address problems that may arise during the project.

Stakeholder Communication

- Communicate with stakeholders: Provide regular updates to management, investors, and other stakeholders.

Safety

Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
Several years of experience in power plant construction or project management.
Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Knowledge of power plant systems and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

Basic computer skills.

Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently.

Ability to complete multiple projects within time constraints.

Strong organizational skills.

Valid jurisdictional driver license.

Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime.

Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, requiring physical activity, including climbing ladders, working at elevations, bending, twisting, kneeling, crawling, pushing/pulling, standing, walking, and lifting 50 pounds

Ability to work in areas that may be noisy, cold, hot, dirty, and able to wear personal protective equipment.

Ability to meet appropriate physical requirements as determined by corporate Health & Safety Department as prerequisites to perform certain tasks or training activities, for example, pulmonary function testing for respiratory protection, if required.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
