Responsibilities & Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities

Operations Startup

Assist with pre-startup activities, such as equipment inspections and safety checks.
Operate and monitor plant equipment during startup, ensuring adherence to operating parameters.
Provide support during the initial stages of full-scale operation.

Data Collection & Analysis

Collect and record data for analysis and reporting.

Issue Resolution

Identify and troubleshoot field issues and take corrective actions.

Teamwork & Coordination

Coordinate with other team members, including operators, technicians, and engineers.

Safety

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in industrial plant operations or a related field.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
Experience with basic instrumentation and control systems.
Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment.
Familiarity with industrial plant equipment and systems.

Requirements

Basic computer skills.

Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently.

Ability to complete multiple projects within time constraints.

Strong organizational skills.

Valid jurisdictional driver license.

Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime.

Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, requiring physical activity, including climbing ladders, working at elevations, bending, twisting, kneeling, crawling, pushing/pulling, standing, walking, and lifting 50 pounds.

Ability to work in areas that may be noisy, cold, hot, dirty, and able to wear personal protective equipment.
Ability to meet appropriate physical requirements as determined by corporate Health & Safety Department as prerequisites to perform certain tasks or training activities, for example, pulmonary function testing for respiratory protection, if required.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
