Responsibilities & Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities

Process Control & Execution

Operate and monitor plant equipment and machinery.
Control process variables, such as temperature, pressure, and flow rate.

Data Analysis

Collect and record process data for analysis and reporting.

Troubleshooting

Identify and troubleshoot process issues and take corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with quality control standards and specifications.

Communication

Coordinate with other team members, including operators, engineers, and maintenance personnel.

Safety

Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in industrial process operations, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of basic process control principles.
Ability to read and interpret process diagrams and instrumentation.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
Experience with computerized control systems (DCS, PLC).
Knowledge of safety instrumented systems (SIS).
Familiarity with quality control and assurance procedures.

Requirements

Basic computer skills.

Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently.

Ability to complete multiple projects within time constraints.

Strong organizational skills.

Valid jurisdictional driver license.

Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime.

Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, requiring physical activity, including climbing ladders, working at elevations, bending, twisting, kneeling, crawling, pushing/pulling, standing, walking, and lifting 50 pounds.

Ability to work in areas that may be noisy, cold, hot, dirty, and able to wear personal protective equipment.
Ability to meet appropriate physical requirements as determined by corporate Health & Safety Department as prerequisites to perform certain tasks or training activities, for example, pulmonary function testing for respiratory protection, if required.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
