Responsibilities & Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Implementation

Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and implement maintenance best practices.

Team Management & Leadership

Manage maintenance teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.

Operational Maintenance & Reliability

Oversee preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and predictive maintenance activities.
Monitor and improve maintenance KPIs, such as equipment reliability and downtime.

Resource Management & Collaboration

Manage maintenance budgets and resources.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and procurement teams.

Safety

Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality standards

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance and reliability.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of maintenance management software and CMMS.
Strong understanding of maintenance techniques, such as predictive maintenance, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification.
Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).

Requirements

Basic computer skills.

Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently.

Ability to complete multiple projects within time constraints.

Strong organizational skills.

Valid jurisdictional driver license.

Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime.

Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, requiring physical activity, including climbing ladders, working at elevations, bending, twisting, kneeling, crawling, pushing/pulling, standing, walking, and lifting 50 pounds.

Ability to work in areas that may be noisy, cold, hot, dirty, and able to wear personal protective equipment.
Ability to meet appropriate physical requirements as determined by corporate Health & Safety Department as prerequisites to perform certain tasks or training activities, for example, pulmonary function testing for respiratory protection, if required.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
