Responsibilities & Qualifications

Primary Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution Management

Develop completion plans.
Create detailed plans and procedures for well completion activities, including casing, cementing, and stimulation.
Manage completion activities.
Oversee well testing, stimulation treatments, and other completion operations.
Monitor costs and budgets.
Track project expenses and ensure that they stay within budget.

Team Coordination & Regulatory Compliance

Lead and manage teams of engineers, technicians, and contractors involved in the completion process.
Ensure that completion activities comply with all applicable environmental and safety regulations.

Communication & Reporting

Communicate with stakeholders.
Provide regular updates to project management, operations, and engineering teams.

Safety

Adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering or a related field.
Several years of experience in oil and gas operations, with a focus on completions.
Strong project management skills.
Knowledge of well completion techniques and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

Basic computer skills.

Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently.

Ability to complete multiple projects within time constraints.

Strong organizational skills.

Valid jurisdictional driver license.

Ability to work holidays, weekends, and overtime.

Ability to work both indoors and outdoors, requiring physical activity, including climbing ladders, working at elevations, bending, twisting, kneeling, crawling, pushing/pulling, standing, walking, and lifting 50 pounds.

Ability to work in areas that may be noisy, cold, hot, dirty, and able to wear personal protective equipment.
Ability to meet appropriate physical requirements as determined by corporate Health & Safety Department as prerequisites to perform certain tasks or training activities, for example, pulmonary function testing for respiratory protection, if required.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
