Job Overview

An aeroderivative (aero) gas turbine operator is primarily responsible for the continuous operation and monitoring of aeroderivative gas turbine units and their integrated systems. This encompasses a wide array of components, including generators, fuel systems, air intake and exhaust systems, lubrication and cooling systems, and the intricate control systems. The operator oversees these systems to ensure optimal performance and identify any deviations from normal operating parameters.

As an aero gas turbine operator with APS Solutions, you will be a key member of our operations team, responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our aeroderivative gas turbine units and associated auxiliary systems. These high-performance turbines are critical for various applications including providing peaking power, fast-start capabilities, combined cycle operation and mechanical drive. You will utilize sophisticated control systems, perform routine monitoring, respond to operational needs, and ensure adherence to stringent safety and environmental regulations.
