A transformer lead is a technical leadership position responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of power and distribution transformers. This role bridges the gap between field operations and engineering, ensuring that these critical assets are installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest industry standards. This role manages field crews, oversees technical projects, and serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for transformer health and reliability.

As a transformer lead for APS Solutions, you will act as the technical heartbeat of our high-voltage field operations, spearheading the transition of power infrastructure from construction to commercial life. You will lead field crews through the processes of assembly, vacuum filling, and commissioning of large power transformers. In this leadership role, you won’t just be managing equipment; you will be mentoring the next generation of technicians and upholding rigorous safety and quality standards.
