Job Overview

An I&C/E supervisor oversees all Instrument & Control (I&C) and Electrical (E) activities at a power generation facility. This leadership role is critical for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant systems. The supervisor is responsible for leading a team of technicians and engineers, managing maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

Working as an I&C/E supervisor at APS Solutions, you’ll be a frontline leader, responsible for a team of skilled technicians and engineers. You will focus on maintenance of the plant’s critical systems, directing your team in the calibration, repair, and upkeep of all instrumentation, control systems like DCS and PLC, and electrical equipment, such as switchgear and motors. A key part of your role will be to ensure strict compliance with safety policies and regulations, keeping your team and the plant safe.
