Job Overview

A lead electrical startup engineer is responsible for leading the electrical commissioning and startup activities for new power and energy projects. This is a leadership role that ensures all electrical systems are brought online safely, efficiently, and in compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.

As a lead electrical startup engineer for APS Solutions, you will manage the on-site team and be responsible for bringing new power generation, substation, and large-scale energy projects to life. Your role is to ensure that all complex electrical systems—including switchgear, transformers, protective relays, and control systems—are installed, tested, and integrated safely and efficiently. You will serve as the top technical authority, guiding the project from final construction to commercial operation.
